Dominic Wightman is a writer and researcher with myriad other interests.

Dominic is Director of the mining company Zi Mining , mining in Africa and South East Asia. In 2010 Zi Mining acquired large tracts of land in the Far East through a joint venture with a well-known mining conglomerate with license to mine and export large tonnages of iron ore to China. Zi prides itself on being one of the most environmentally conscious mining operations in existence.

Dominic is also a Director of Security Company Crypt Security, specialising in mining security, the international supply of elite bodyguards and kidnap prevention. Aside from these business interests, Dominic is involved in an assortment of new media ventures.

Dominic was educated in England at Surrey's Cranmore Preparatory School then Ampleforth College in North Yorkshire. He went on to graduate from London's LSE (London School of Economics).
